Definitions

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By accessing or using any part of the batjiil Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. batjiil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including but not limited to the registration stage, the first withdrawal, and during any account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladesh authority.

If batjiil reasonably suspects that an Account is held by or being accessed by a person under 18 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately and referred for age verification. Any balance held in the Account will be frozen pending the outcome of that verification. Where underage use is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and the deposited funds returned to the source payment method, less any winnings generated during the period of underage use, which will be forfeited entirely.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also:

• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the laws of your country or territory.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of batjiil or any of its software or payment service providers.
• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through the batjiil Responsible Gaming tools.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for another person.

batjiil does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is entirely prohibited by local statute. It is the sole responsibility of the player to understand and comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction before registering on the Platform.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on batjiil — including live casino, cricket betting, slots, Win Drop, and Keno — you must first create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. batjiil uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the batjiil Platform. Creating, or attempting to create, more than one Account — regardless of the device, email address, mobile number, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances will be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. batjiil will never ask you to share your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or phone. You must:

• Choose a strong password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication where available in your Account security settings.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify batjiil support at support@batjiil immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

batjiil will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials. However, where batjiil's own systems are determined to be at fault, full liability will be accepted in accordance with applicable law.

KYC Verification. batjiil operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point batjiil deems necessary, you may be required to submit copies of identity documents and proof of your registered payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on batjiil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. batjiil does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payments made from an account not registered in the player's own name.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. batjiil does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which batjiil bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within five (5) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless batjiil's support team has expressly approved an alternative method in writing. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows, peak traffic periods, or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must have been met in full.
• The amount you are withdrawing must have been wagered at least once on any real-money game or betting market on the Platform.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no open investigations or compliance reviews.

Fraud Prevention. batjiil employs automated transaction monitoring to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and bonus abuse. Any Account found to be involved in irregular betting patterns, coordinated exploitation of promotional offers, or third-party payment fraud will be suspended immediately and referred for investigation. batjiil cooperates fully with relevant financial authorities in Bangladesh in such matters.

Bonuses & Promotions

batjiil offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as the BPL season, Eid, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of launch, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Claiming Bonuses. Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional window specified at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, a bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms. As a general guide, batjiil bonus wagering requirements typically range between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements; certain high-RTP games and all live sports bets may be excluded or count at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be removed from the Account automatically. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus will not be affected by bonus expiry.

Bonus Withdrawal. Once a wagering requirement has been met in full, any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable as real-money funds, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 4 and any maximum bonus win cap specified in the individual promotion terms.

batjiil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. However, for promotions already accepted by a player and in progress, the terms in effect at the time of acceptance will continue to apply until the bonus expires or the wagering requirement is completed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the batjiil Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each betting market and game interface respectively and form part of these Terms.

Sports Betting. All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. batjiil reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; any bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 500/1 on a near-certain outcome) will be voided and the stake returned. In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and market suspension rules. batjiil is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's end that result in delayed bet placement.

Void Bets. A bet will be declared void, and the stake returned, in the following circumstances:

• The Sporting Event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the market's specified settlement conditions are met.
• An obvious pricing or data-feed error is confirmed by batjiil's trading team.
• The bet was placed after the official start time of the Sporting Event, due to a data-feed delay.

Casino Games. All casino games — including live dealer tables sourced from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and RNG video slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are governed by the rules of each individual game. Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the game server. Disconnection during a casino round does not invalidate the round; the round will be completed by the game server and the result applied to your Account when connectivity is restored.

Maximum Winnings. batjiil applies a maximum single-session withdrawal cap of ৳5,00,000 on casino game winnings, unless a higher cap is specified for a particular jackpot product. Sports betting winnings are capped per market as displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. These caps do not apply to real-money deposit funds.

Responsible Staking. batjiil encourages all players to bet within their means. If you wish to apply personal deposit limits, session reminders, or a cool-off period, these tools are available free of charge in your Account settings or by contacting support@batjiil.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the batjiil Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended without prior notice, pending investigation, and may have their balance forfeited in whole or in part depending on the severity of the violation.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with batjiil.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses without genuine gaming engagement.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another player in live dealer games for the purpose of transferring funds between accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any transaction that is designed to conceal the origin of funds, in violation of Bangladesh's Money Prevention Act or any applicable anti-money laundering regulation.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf, regardless of consent.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at batjiil support staff or other players via any communication channel.

batjiil reserves the right to retain any winnings generated through prohibited conduct and to report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh where criminal activity is suspected.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your batjiil Account at any time by contacting support@batjiil. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion. If you wish to stop gambling for a defined or indefinite period, batjiil's self-exclusion tool allows you to close your Account for a minimum of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent to your registered contact details. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period ends; this is a deliberate feature designed to protect players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour.

batjiil-Initiated Suspension. batjiil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is identified as a duplicate of an existing Account.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• The player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.

Appeals. If you believe your Account has been suspended in error, you may submit a formal appeal to support@batjiil within 14 days of the suspension notice. Appeals are reviewed by the batjiil compliance team and a decision will be communicated within 5 working days. batjiil's decision on appeals is final and binding.

Amendments to These Terms. batjiil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date.
