Bangladesh law and batjiil's own operating standards require every player to be at least 18 years old before creating an account. Age is verified at the point of registration using the National Identity Card (NID) number and, where required, a photograph of the NID or passport. Players who are found to have falsified their age during registration will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned minus any bonuses claimed.

Deposit & Wager Limits

• Setting a limit: Navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits. Enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly cap in BDT (e.g., ৳5,000 per week). The limit activates immediately.
• Reducing a limit: You can lower your existing limit at any time. The new lower limit takes effect immediately — there is no delay when restricting yourself further.
• Increasing a limit: Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period. This cooling-off window is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider whether the increase is genuinely needed or whether it is being driven by chasing losses.
• Limit reset schedule: Daily limits reset at midnight BST (UTC+6). Weekly limits reset every Monday at 00:00 BST. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.
• Multiple limit types: You may set limits across all three timeframes simultaneously — for example, ৳1,500 per day, ৳7,000 per week, and ৳20,000 per month. The most restrictive applicable limit governs at any given time.

Self-Exclusion & Time-Out

Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available to players who feel their gambling has become problematic or is at risk of becoming so. batjiil takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously. The moment a self-exclusion is confirmed, the following actions take effect:

• Your account is locked — you cannot log in for the duration of the exclusion period.
• All pending deposit requests are cancelled and any pending bets placed before exclusion are voided and refunded.
• Your account balance is preserved and available for withdrawal at any time during the exclusion period by contacting support.
• All marketing communications — emails, SMS promotions, bonus offers — are suppressed for the duration of the exclusion and for a period of 12 months after reactivation.

   You will be asked to confirm your choice. Once confirmed, the exclusion activates within minutes. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.
